Popular Tweetbot 3 app that we reviewed a few weeks ago has received a major update that brings several new features to the most popular third-party Twitter client for iPhone. The new Tweetbot 3.1 adds the much awaited text resize feature, which will enable users to resize the text according to their liking. The update also brings back a feature that allows users to use lists as timeline. They can do so by tapping on the timeline title. Another addition in this update adds a gesture which reveals quick reply screen when users swipe towards right.
Not a fan of rounded avatars in Tweetbot 3? Tweetbot 3.1 also adds an option to display square avatars and hide Twitter verified badges. Other features include ability to email conversations, share via Storify, show the time of last tweet by a user and removal of ‘retweeted by’ string from the timeline.
Contrary to what was announced previously the night theme is missing from the Tweetbot 3.1 update. Tapbots has said that the feature will be added later.
