Moove tweak brings movement based gestures to iOS devices

Moove tweak 1

There are many Cydia tweaks that bring gesture based shortcuts to iPhone and iPad. Joining the long list today is the Moove tweak, which brings ‘3D movement based gestures’ to iOS devices by utilizing the accelerometer and other sensors in them. Moove makes it possible for users to kill current app, kill all running apps, clear lockscreen notifications and more by simply performing a movement gesture on their device.

With Moove installed you can kill the current application by physically flipping your device. You can even kill all apps that are running in the background by double tapping the home button and then flipping the device. While there are many tweaks that add a kill all apps button on the app switcher, Moove’s way of doing it is quite interesting and fun.

The ‘Lock Killer’ option kills the previously used app or all applications automatically when you lock the device after using it. This feature is great for users who like to kill applications after they are done using the iPhone. Clear Lockscreen feature lets users get rid of all the pending notifications on their lockscreen by shaking the device.

That’s not all as Moove has another useful feature that will be liked by music listeners. If you are still listening to Music while using the flip gesture to kill all apps, the tweak is capable of making an exception to not close the Music app. Similarly, there’s a blacklist that will make sure apps you have selected are never closed by flip gestures.

Moove is a nice tweak that has a lot of potential. We hope more actions will be added in the upcoming updates. You can download Moove from Cydia for $0.99. It is compatible with iOS 8 or above.
