Apple is Expanding iCloud+ to Include Apple TV and Apple Arcade in 100+ Markets

iCloud+ expansion

Apple has announced that it is expanding the iCloud+ subscription in 100 markets and will now include paid services like Apple TV and Apple Arcade in the bundle.

The revamped iCloud+ subscription will be available to users in select regions starting this month. From now on, users who subscribe to iCloud+ will gain access to Apple TV, Apple Arcade, and Apple Select.

Apple Music Select is a collection of ad-free stations programmed by Apple Music offering regionally relevant music. Users in these regions will also be able to subscribe to Apple Music at a lower rate. For example, in Mozambique, Apple is offering Apple Music at $2.79 per month for the individual plan and $4.49 for the Family plan.

In addition to these premium services, iCloud+ will include the usual benefits such as more storage, iCloud Private Relay, HomeKit Secure Video recordings, access to Apple invites, and the ability to share the plan with up to five other family members.

If someone is already subscribed to Apple Arcade or Apple TV in the included regions, then they will automatically be shifted to the iCloud+ plan and offered additional benefits that come with it.

iCloud+ pricing Pakistan

Interestingly the iCloud+ subscription, which now includes more benefits is available at a much lower price than the standalone Apple Arcade or Apple TV subscription. For example, in Pakistan Apple Arcade was offered at Rs 1,500 per month, while the iCloud+ with 50GB cloud storage, Apple TV, Apple Arcade, and other benefits goes for just Rs 200.
