As expected Apple has released the iOS 8.1.3 software update for all iPhones, iPads and iPod touch and it is now available for download. The build number for this release is 12B466. As usual the update is available OTA from iOS’s Settings app as well as through iTunes. Additionally you can download the firmware file using the direct links given below. As with most point updates iOS 8.1.3 focuses on bug fixes, performance improvements and fixes issues that were bugging the users.
A notable thing about this release is that with iOS 8.1.3 Apple has significantly reduced the amount of storage space that is required to be able to download the updates. iOS 8.1.3 has been released for all models of iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
If you are into jailbreaking your iOS device then please note that there’s no jailbreak available for iOS 8.1.3 yet. we will let you know as soon as it is available for download.
