The other day I woke up and as usual picked up my iPhone 7 to check my email and messages. Suddenly I realized that iPhone’s screen won’t turn on even though the home button was clicking, which means the device is powered on. My iPhone screen was black and nothing seemed to be working to bring it back to life. I tried repeatedly pressing the home button, removing the charging cable and putting it back on charge. It seemed like my iPhone 7 was experiencing the black screen of death.
Even though my iPhone 7 was displaying the black screen it was still on, so I decided to try the force restart method on it. Thankfully it worked, my iPhone 7 restarted and after a few seconds booting time I was able to use it again.
