iPhone allows users to add battery percentage of their iPhone in the status bar. When this feature is enabled the percentage of remaining battery appears inside the battery indicator, which is found on the top right corner of the screen. While the battery percentage is useful, it can also be distracting for some users.
Thankfully you can easily hide it by following the steps below.
- On iPhone open Settings.
- Go to Battery.
- Turn On the toggle for Battery Percentage to show it in status bar.
- Turn Off the toggle for Battery Percentage to hide it from the status bar.
Remember even when you turn off the battery percentage in this way, it will still appear on the Control Center screen’s status bar, which you can access by swiping down from top right corner of the screen.
