iPhone 16 has a lot of vibrations and haptics. While they are useful in letting you know when someone is calling you or giving nice feedback when you perform a system action, some people do find them annoying.
If you’re one of those people and want to completely turn off all vibrations on your iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro, then you are in the right place.
In this tutorial, we will show you how to disable vibrations and haptics on your iPhone 16, so without any further ado let’s get started.
Turn off vibrations on iPhone 16
- Open Settings and go to Sounds & Haptics.
- On the next page find the Haptics option under the Ringtone and Alerts heading and select the ‘Never Play‘ option from the next page.
- Return to the previous page and under the System Sounds & Haptics heading tap on Keyboard Feedback. On the next page turn off the toggle for Haptic.
- Go back to the previous page and turn off the toggle for System Haptics.
- Next, return to the main Settings page and tap on the Accessibility option.
- On the next page tap on the Touch option and then turn off the toggle for Vibration.
That’s it, now all sorts of vibrations and haptics have been disabled on your device. Now your iPhone will not vibrate when you receive a call or alert, type with the keyboard, or perform a system action.
