Renders Show iPad Pros With Triple Camera System And Glass Back

iPad Pro 2020 renders iPad Pros are long due an upgrade. The current iPad Pros were released back in October 2018, and while everyone expected a spec refresh in October 2019, Apple decided not to release one for unknown reasons. Now it looks like Apple will release a major refresh for iPad Pros with the 2020 iPad Pro lineup expected to bring design improvements and improved specs than the current models from 2018.

In the recent months we have seen different sources claiming that among various changes Apple will release iPad Pros with iPhone 11 Pro like triple camera system. This new triple camera system will not only bring three cameras of different focal lengths to the iPad but users will also get powerful augmented reality features due to these.

Now famous leaker Steve H. McFly aka OnLeaks has posted renders that show us how the 2020 iPad Pros will look like. According to the leaker the new 2020 iPad Pros will look very similar to the current models and will feature the same dimensions. While the height and length of the devices are expected to remain same, the new iPads will have a thicker design to house the triple camera system. The thicker design could also aid in bringing a better battery life to the tablets.

The renders created by OnLeaks depict how the triple camera system will look like on the next generation iPad Pros. The report claims that Apple will make the 11-inch iPad Pro with the same metallic back found in current iPad Pros, however on the 12.9-inch model they will opt for a glass back, similar to the one found on iPhone 11 Pro. This claim seems strange and we will have to see if this ends up being the reality.

OnLeaks has a proven track record when it comes to publishing renders for unreleased Apple devices. It was him who posted accurate renders of iPhone 11 Pro months before it was announced by Apple.

As for their release date rumors claim the new iPad Pros will be released in Spring 2020. (iGeeksBlog)
