Apple Confirms October 27 Mac Event With Official Invites

As expected Apple has sent out official invitations for its October 27 event. The event is said to be focused on Macs with the company expected to announce new models of Macbook Pro, Macbook Air, iMac, Mac Mini and Mac Pro among other things. The event will take place in Apple’s campus in Cupertino. As you can see in the image above, the event invitation graphic features the text ‘hello again’. While most models are expected to get specification focused updates there are rumors that Apple might discontinue the Macbook Air. A complete redesign for the Macbook Pro is also expected.

In addition to upgrading and redesigning the current Mac lineup people are speculating that Apple might even introduce a new monitor solution for Mac users, as it discontinued selling the Thunderbolt displays earlier this year. The new monitor if announced is expected to feature iMac Retina display like screen with a 5k resolution. In addition to that the AirPort might also see a refresh.

Just like any Mac user out there we are super excited for this upcoming Apple event and will be posting updates related to it during and after it. So don’t forget to visit us and follow us on Twitter.
