ios 7.0.2 release

Apple has released the iOS 7.0.2 update via over-the-air and as a direct download. The update is now available for download. Unlike the iOS 7.0.1 update, which was meant for iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c only this version is released for all supported iOS 7 devices including iPhone 4 or later, iPad 2 or later and iPod touch 5th generation.

In this updated Apple has fixed major security bugs that enabled anyone to bypass the lock screen even when passcode was enabled. This fix was expected since Apple was being criticized for lack of security in iOS 7. Other than the bug fixes Apple has also reintroduced the Greek Keyboard option in Passcode entry page.

You can update your iOS device by going in to Settings > General > Software update. iOS 7.0.2 is a 21MB download. You can also download the iOS 7.0.2 IPSW and update manually through iTunes using the following links.
