New betas for iOS 9.3 and OS X El Capitan 10.11.4 released, also available for public testers

Apple has just released the new iOS 9.3 beta 1.1 and OS X El Capitan 10.11.4 beta and they are now available for download from the developer center. The updates come days after the release of first beta versions of the new operating systems. iOS 9.3 beta brought a number of notable new features to iOS devices including the Night Shift feature, new 3D Touch shortcuts, security features for Notes app and more. For OS X El Capitan the 10.11.4 beta brought extended Live Photos support, Security features for Notes app among other improvements.

More importantly, Apple is now allowing public beta testers to install the upcoming iOS 9.3 and OS X El Capitan 10.11.4 on their devices if they wish to test them before the official release. Unlike normal betas testers, public beta testers are seeded comparatively more stable builds and are not required to have paid developer accounts to test the unreleased software.
