The release of TaiG jailbreak for iOS 8.3 has been quite dramatic from the beginning and the drama is far from over. As users were waiting for a TaiG update that would bring updated version of Cydia Substrate, a newer version of the tool was leaked on the Internet that featured this missing component. We also wrote a guide that allowed users to install Cydia Substrate on their jailbroken devices using this unofficial but legitimate tool. Now TaiG team has issued an official statement regarding the leaked version, warning users against using the unofficially released TaiG 2.1. Team says the leaked tool is meant for testing purposes only and currently has bugs that still need to be fixed.
