Live Photos may not have achieved the level of popularity and mainstream-ness Apple had hoped for, but it is still a pretty cool feature, especially if you are into making GIFs or short movies. Unfortunately iOS does not offer a feature that would allow users to quickly turn their Live Photos into GIFs. There are some third-party apps that do so, however they are paid. Good news is Google has released a new app called Motion Stills, which allows users to quickly turn Live photos into GIFs or create short movies by combining them together.
What makes this app great is that the whole process is super easy and takes a few seconds to complete. Once you have created the GIF, you can share them with your friends or save them to Photos. This is great for messaging apps that support GIFs in conversations. The app offers advanced stabilization and rendering to make sure the GIFs are as smooth as possible.
You can not only create looping GIFs but the app also lets you create movies by combining Motion Stills together with a single swipe.
The app makes it easier for users to browse through their Live Photos, all of them in one place. Something that is not possible in the Photos app. You can view your live photos one by one or watch them on auto-play.

Really nice app. I made a .MOV movie out of Live Photos in just a couple of seconds.
