Google Play Music app for iOS launches with a month of free access

Google has released the official Google Play Music app for iOS and it is now available for download. The app that has been launched for iPhone and iPod touch will allow iOS users to subscribe to Google’s Music service and listen to unlimited amount of music online through the premium radio service. The app offers all the features that were available on Android and desktop versions of the music service.

To celebrate the release Google is offering a month of free access to iOS users that usually costs $9.99 a month and offers access to 20 million tracks. Google Play Music also offers a standard service that offers a limited number of tracks that are available on user’s computer on the mobile device and is available for free.

Google Play Music app for iPhone and iPod touch with premium features brings ability to listen unlimited songs without ads, no skip limits, recommendations, handpicked playlists and ability to create radio stations with any song, album or artist.

The standard service includes access up to 20,000 of user’s own songs uploaded through the computer with ad-free listening, ability to save favorites for offline listening and more.

Google Play Music app for iPhone and iPod touch is available for free. An iPad version is also in the works and will be released later.
