Brevis tweak lets you customize the 3D Touch shortcut menus

Brevis tweak

If your iPhone 6s or 6s Plus is jailbroken or you are using one those tweaks that artificially activate the 3D Touch functionality on older devices, then you should check out the new Brevis tweak. This new Cydia tweak allows users to customize the 3D Touch menus that can be accessed by force tapping on a homescreen icon. With Brevis you can change different aspects of the shortcut menus including font sizes, icon sizes and remove text from menu items. The developer has promised more features will be added in the upcoming updates.

From Brevis’ settings page you can also remove the background blur effect, which appears behind the menu bar. To make the menu standout while the blur is disabled you can also turn on the highlighter. By removing the text as seen in the screenshot above, you can give the menus a cleaner look. Similarly reducing or increasing icon and text size can make the appearance better.

You can download the Brevis tweak from Cydia for $1. It is compatible with jailbroken devices running iOS 9 or above.
