Create Shared Reminders List

  1. Open the Reminders app and go to the main Reminders app page.
  2. Tap on an existing reminders list or create a new one.
  3. Tap on the share button in the top-right corner. It’s the one with three dots.
  4. Then select the Share List option.
  5. Choose how you want to invite others to the list. This includes Messages, Mail, WhatsApp, and more.
  6. Enter the person’s email ID or phone number and send the invite.
  7. After they accept the invitation, they will see the list and be able to collaborate in real-time.

Manage Shared Reminders Lists

You can manage and remove people from a shared reminders list by following the steps below.

  1. Open Remindesr app.
  2. Access the shared reminders list.
  3. Tap on the Shared button at the top. It’s the blue button with a person on it.
  4. Tap on Manage Shared List.
  5. Tap on the person you wish to remove, and finally tap on the Remove Access option.
