iTunes Radio is a great feature that allows iOS users to listen to music and discover new songs and artists. While it is a great feature it has some quirks that include advertisement and a skip limit on songs that prevents users from skipping too many songs in a particular amount of time.
Now a new Cydia tweak called iTunes Radio Unlimited has been released for jailbroken iOS devices that removes these bad aspects of iTunes Radio making it the perfect service just like it should have been. With this iTunes Radio Unlimited tweak installed there’s no limit to how many songs users can skip from a radio station. It also removes those annoying advertisements that users have to listen from time to time making it a premium service for absolutely free.
This tweak works on all iOS 7 devices and puts no settings or icons.
How to make iTunes Radio ad-free and remove its skip limits
- On your jailbroken iPhone, iPad or iPod touch launch Cydia. Tap on the search button located in the button bar.
- Next in the search field type ‘iTunes Radio Unlimited‘. Install this tweak and respring.
- Now launch the Music app and turn on any station from the Radio section.
If you don’t have the skip limits and no ads are playing then this tweak has worked its magic. iTunes Radio Unlimited is available for free in Cydia under BigBoss repo.
