Turn on flashlight with Lock Screen Shortcut
You can quickly turn on the flashlight by long-pressing on its shortcut button on the lock screen. The button is located on the bottom left side of the screen.
If you don’t see the flashlight button on the lock screen, then you can quickly add it by long-pressing the lock screen wallpaper, then tapping on Customization. Finally, tap on the ‘+’ icon on one of the shortcuts widgets at the bottom of the screen and search for Flashlight.
Turn on flashlight from Control Center
To turn on the flashlight from the Control Center, swipe down from the top right corner. Then find and tap on the flashlight icon.
If you don’t see the flashlight icon, then you can quickly add it by long-pressing anywhere on the Control Center screen. Then tap on Add a Control button and finally search for Flashlight. Tap on it to add it to your device’s Control Center.
Turn on flashlight with Action Button
The Action button provides perhaps the easiest way of turning on the Flashlight on the iPhone. You can quickly turn it on by pressing and holding the Action button, even when your device is locked.
To set this up, open Settings and go to the Action Button page. Then swipe left or right to select the Flashlight option.
Change Flashlight’s Brightness
You can easily adjust the brightness of your iPhone’s flashlight.
First, turn on the flashlight. Then, tap the flashlight icon in the status bar at the top of your screen.
This opens the Flashlight widget in the Dynamic Island. Simply slide your finger along the arc above the flashlight icon, move it up to make the light brighter, or down to dim it.
