Apple has released iOS 15.1 developer Beta 2 and the update is now available for download. The second beta’s release comes little over a week later since the release of iOS 15.1 beta 1 and iPadOS 15.1 beta 1, which came on September 21st.
Along with iOS 15.1, Apple has also released macOS Monterey developer beta 8 and tvOS 15.1 beta 2. watchOS 8.1 beta 2 has also been released.
Public beta 2 for iOS 15.1 is also available for download for those who are on public beta program. iOS 15.1 beta 2 can be downloaded over-the-air by going to Settings -> General -> Software Update.
No major changes have been discovered in beta 2, as this is a minor update. Apple has already added missing iOS 15 features such as SharePlay in iOS 15.1 beta, which indicates this feature will be launching for all devices with iOS 15.1’s public release.
In beta 1 Apple has also added a feature that would allow iPhone users to generate COVID-19 vaccination feature that will enable users to generate vaccination card and add inside the Wallet app.
