Apple has officially announced the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Ultra event. According to the announcement, the event will be taking place on Wednesday, September 9.
The company made the official announcement on its website. The September 9 Apple event carries the tagline ‘Surprise and shine’. It will kick off at 10 AM PT.
This year’s Apple event is particularly significant for the company for several reasons. Not only is Apple expected to unveil its first-ever foldable smartphone, reportedly called the iPhone Ultra, but the event will also mark a major leadership transition. It is expected to be the first Apple event led by John Ternus, who will take over as Apple’s CEO on September 1.
As always, Apple will live stream the special event on its website, on its official YouTube channel, and on the Apple TV app.
Along with iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and iPhone Ultra, Apple is expected to announce Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4, possibly along with other products.
