Apple has released the iOS 12.3 software update for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, and it is now available for download. With today’s release Apple has also released the overhauled TV app that was announced at the media event back in March.
The new TV app that is available on iOS 12.3, tvOS 12.3 and Apple TV Software 7.3 brings Apple TV Channels feature, which simplies the video streaming subscriptions for users letting them manage them from a single app. At launch major services including HBO Go, ShowTime, Cinemax, Stars, Epix, Smithsonian and more are offered.
If you have an iOS 12 compatible device, then head over the Settings > General > Software update in order to install iOS 12.3 on your device. You can also use iTunes to update automatically or use the direct IPSW links to download iOS 12.3 on your computer and then use iTunes to install the update.
iOS 12.3 brings bug fixes and improvements for various iOS features including the newly released Apple News+ service, CarPlay, AirPlay 2, Apple TV remote and Apple Music.
In addition to iOS 12.3 Apple has also released watchOS 5.2.1, macOS Mojave 10.14.5 and tvOS 12.3, all of which are available on their respective devices. For Apple TV 3, software 7.3 is also released.
watchOS 5.2.1 unlocks the ECG feature in new regions including Croatia, Czech Republic, Iceland, Poland and Slovakia.
