New h3lix Jailbreak Makes iOS 10.3.3 Jailbreak Possible For 32-Bit Devices

A new jailbreak for iOS 10 called h3lix has been released. The jailbreak is designed to work on 32-bit based devices, meaning newer models including iPhone 5s or later will not be able to take advantage of it. However if you have an older iPhone or iPad, then you can use h3lix by tihmstar.

The jailbreak’s creator has tested iOS 10.3.3 running on an iPhone 5,2 however that is the only device he has been able to test it. Since this is the first release, it may have bugs so use it with caution. The best thing about this jailbreak is that since iOS 10.3.3 is the last software update for 32-bit devices, users of these devices will have indefinite access to jailbreak, which makes legacy devices more useful.

The h3lix jailbreak takes advantage of Siguza v0rtex exploit. It is semi-untethered, which means you will have to launch an activation app to activate the jailbreak after an iOS reboot.

The jailbreak that is available for download on h3lix’s official website can be installed using the Cydia Impactor tool.
