Breathe+ for iPhone Brings watchOS 3 like Breathing Exercise App to iOS

Breath+ app

The upcoming watchOS 3 software update brings a number of notable new features to Apple Watch, one of which is the new Breathe app. With the Breathe app Watch users will be able to perform daily breathe exercises and deal with everyday stress. The app just like watchOS’s Stand Up reminders reminds users to take time out of their daily lives and take a minute or more to do breathing exercise.

If you are someone who would also like to make breathing exercises part of their daily fitness routine but don’t own an Apple Watch, the new Breathe+ for iPhone brings this watchOS 3 feature to iOS. This new app that is similar to the watchOS Breathe app in terms of how it works will help users relax and deal with stress. The app shows a visualization of breathing patterns that users can follow and offers guided sessions of various lengths ranging from 1 minute to 60 minutes. It also counts the breathe cycle counters and allows users to adjust the inhale and exhale lengths between 1 to 32 seconds. You can also change the exercise settings during a session.

So if you are interested in performing small breathing exercises every now and then or want to perform lengthy breathing sessions, this app can help. You can download Breath+ for iPhone from the App Store for free.
