A new edition of popular Pixelmator photo editing app for Mac has launched. The new app called Pixelmator Pro is a complete redesign of the original app and brings streamlined controls, a reimagined editing workflow, simplified controls and more. The app also takes advantage of machine learning to aid users in making intelligent edits to their images.
If you have ever used the Pixelmator app on your Mac, then you would know that the whole experience can be a little messy due to multi-window interface. Pixelmator Pro takes a totally different approach with its single-window UI. All your controls are placed in a toolbar located on the right side of the display while giving more focus to the project you are working on.
Pixelmator Pro is available for $60 in the Mac App Store, however if you want to test the app before buying it there’s also a free 30-day trial that you can download from their official website.
