AppSync Unified Updated With Support For iOS 12

The popular AppSync Unified tweak, which allows users to install unsigned apps on their jailbroken iOS devices has been updated with full support for iOS 12 jailbreak. As you may already know, the unc0ver jailbreak is now publicly available for download and tweaks are getting updated to support the new jailbreak and iOS 12.

AppSync Unified 32.0 was updated by its developer angelXwind, who made the announcement on Twitter. In a Reddit thread for the announcement the developer of the tweak notes that her tweak is not meant for app piracy and is designed to help users install applicaitons that are not available through the App Store. She explicitly notes “AppSync Unified is for freedom of iOS development with the official Xcode iOS SDK.”

This tweak can be used to install unsigned applications that are not available through the App Store, fakesigned apps and ad-hoc signed IPA packages. It also makes it easier for users to download and install game emulators among other types of apps.

If you are jailbroken on iOS and want to install AppSync Unified on your iOS 12 device ,then you can do so by adding developer’s repository on Cydia. AppSync Unified should become available for download after Cydia has refreshed its sources. angelXwind’s source is already added to Cydia by default.
