DNDPro tweak makes Do Not Disturb mode more useful

DNDPro tweak

The new DNDPro tweak for jailbroken iOS devices aims to make the Do Not Disturb feature more useful by adding such capabilities to the stock iOS feature that make it more controllable for users. With DNDPro tweak installed users get the ability to control the behaviour of alerts when they are using specific applications. For example they can disable all alerts while using an application or they can only allow banners to pass through.

DNDPro adds two new options to Do Not Disturb menu found in Settings that includes Show Banners Only and Force Do Not Disturb. Here’s what these options do.

Show Banners Only: This option when enabled will allow incoming alerts but will show them as banners instead of alerts. This is useful when you are playing a game and do not want to be disturbed.

Force Do Not Disturb: This option will prevent any notification from appearing when a specific application is running. Users can select which application they want to include in this mode and which ones not.

DNDPro tweak might not be much useful for many of you out there but it certainly has features that a lot of users who use Do Not Disturb feature on regular basis will appreciate. If you are running iOS 6 and have a jailbroken iPhone or iPod touch then you can buy DNDPro tweak for $0.99 from Cydia’s ModMyi repo.
