Facehalt tweak gets updated for iOS 7, brings Smart Pause feature to all devices

Facehalt tweak cydia

Last year we told you about a Cydia tweak that allowed iOS 6 users to have Samsung’s exclusive Smart Pause feature on their iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. If you are unfamiliar, the Smart Pause feature of Galaxy S4 uses device’s sensors to pause the now playing video when you look away and resumes it when you gaze on it.

Now the Facehalt tweak has been updated for iOS 7, which means users of the latest iOS version can install this tweak and have the same functionality on their devices. This also means owners of new iOS devices that includes iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPad Air and iPad mini with Retina Display can also enjoy Smart Pause like feature.

In addition to the stock video player this tweak also supports any other third party application that is capable of playing videos.

Facehalt for iOS 7 and iOS 6 is available in Cydia for $1.99. For users of iOS 6 version Facehalt offers a free upgrade. There are no complicated settings to configure. You get a universal toggle to turn the tweak on and off, ability to enable or disable it in different applications of your choice as well as an option to set an activator toggle for this tweak.
