Fortnite Mobile Is Now Available To Everyone, No Invite Needed

Popular Battle Royale game Fortnite, that was released with an Invite Only event on iOS has finally been released for everyone. This essentially means you can now download the game from the App Store and play it right away, without needing a redeem code from Epic Games or an Invite from a friend.

The announcement came from Fortnite’s official Twitter account, which reads “No invite needed – Fortnite is now open everywhere on iOS”. The game that is a complete port of the console version runs on iOS 11 or above and needs a relatively modern iPhone to run. You can play Fortnite on iPhone SE or later, iPad mini 4, iPad Air 2 and iPad Pros.

Fortnite’s mobile version is exclusively available on iOS right now while an Android version is still in the works.

Fortnite’s biggest competitor PUBG Mobile has already been available on iOS and it has been working for everyone without requiring invites. With Fortnite opening its doors to all players, the game is expected to gain millions of mobile players in the coming weeks.
