If you have been running the developer or public beta of iOS 27 on your iPhone and want to get back to regular public releases, then there’s one important thing you need to know.
In this guide, we have shared instructions that will help you get off the iOS 27 beta program and switch to regular public releases of iOS. This way you will be able to install the iOS 27 public version on your iPhone and enjoy the fruits of a stable iOS build.
- Launch the Settings app.
- Head over to General.
- Tap on Software Update.
- Now tap on Beta Updates.
- Here, select the Off option.
That’s it, your iPhone is now unenrolled from receiving future beta updates.
However, you need to keep in mind that turning off Beta Updates does not immediately remove the beta version that is already installed on your iPhone. You will have to wait for Apple to release a public build of iOS 27 and install it in order to get your iPhone off the beta.
When Apple releases iOS 27 publicly, simply head over to the Settings -> General -> Software Update and install the update.
