Are you tired of getting unnecessary notifications on your Apple Watch? Then you are certainly not alone. Getting non-essential notifications can be distracting and hurt your productivity too.

In this guide, we have shared instructions on how you can turn off Apple Watch notifications for certain apps.

  1. On your iPhone launch the Watch app.
  2. Tap on the My Watch tab from the bottom bar.
  3. Find and tap on the Notifications option and on the next page scroll down to find Apple Watch apps.
  4. Tap on the app’s name to configure its settings individually.

Change how iPhone Alerts are delivered on the Apple Watch

You can also change how iPhone notifications are delivered to your Apple Watch. By default, the Apple Watch mirrors your iPhone notifications. This means every alert you get on the iPhone, you will also get on the Apple Watch.

To change this go to the main Notifications page on the Watch app. Then under the Mirror iPhone Alerts From section turn off the toggles next to the app’s name. Repeat this for all apps you want to turn off mirrored notifications from.
