iOS 13 Public Beta Released, Here’s How To Download It

Three weeks after the official announcement Apple has finally released iOS 13 Public Beta and it is now available for download. This essentially means iOS users who are interested in trying out iOS 13 beta on their iPhone, iPad or iPod touch can now download iOS 13 public beta on their devices and try out new features. In addition to iOS 13 and iPadOS 13, Apple has also released macOS Catalina public beta.

If you are interested in trying out the new public betas for iOS 13, then you can head over to Apple’s beta website in order to registered your device and download the public beta profile on your devices. Those who are already registered with the program can simply log in to download iOS 13 public beta profiles.

How to install iOS 13 Public Beta

If you are interested in downloading and installing iOS 13 and iPadOS 13 Public beta on your iOS device, then you can follow the steps below.

  1. First of all sign up to Apple’s Beta Software Program. Remember to use the same Apple ID that you use on your iOS device that will be running the beta. Also, make an up to date backup of your iOS device using iTunes.
  2. Once the sign up process is complete open Safari on your iOS device and then open this link. Download the iOS 13 or iPadOS 13 beta Configuration Profile for your device. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the profile properly.
  3. After installing the profile go to Settings > General > Software and see if you have an iOS 13 Public Beta update available. If it is then download it OTA. If you are not seeing the update then return to the homescreen, close Settings app from App Switcher and try again.
