Apple has released iOS 26 Developer Beta 3, and it is now available for download to beta testers. The release comes exactly two weeks after the release of beta 2, which became available on June 23.
Alongside iOS 26 developer beta 3, Apple has also released iPadOS 26 beta 3, macOS 26 beta 3, tvOS 16 beta 3, watchOS 26 beta 3, and visionOS 26 beta 3. All of these can now be downloaded on their supported devices.
iOS 26 developer beta 3 is expected to bring bug fixes and performance improvements. We have yet to see any noticeable new features or visual changes in iOS 26 beta 3. We will update this post as new changes are discovered.

Changes in iOS 26 Developer Beta 3
iOS 26 Developer Beta 3 brings 3 new wallpapers to iPhones. Now in addition to the Sky wallpaper we saw in previous betas, users also get Shadow, Halo, and Dusk variants of the same wallpaper.
Apple has reduced the amount of Liquid Glass in some parts of iOS 26 in beta 3, making the new design much less dramatic. The effect appears to be reduced in the button bars of Music app, App Store, Podcasts app etc.
Some UI elements such as the search bar in the Weather app have been made darker to improve readability.
In iPadOS 26 beta 3, Apple has added a new Mac-like feature that will make the cursor large whenever user shakes it. This will make it easier for users to find the cursor on the screen.
