If you are using an older model of iPhone, iPad or iPod touch that was not updated to iOS 13 or later, then you might want to head to the software update section of your device. Apple has released iOS 12.5.1 software update for selected older iOS devices and it is now available for download.
As you might expect the iOS 12.5.1 update has been released to fix bugs, particularly a bug related to the COVID-19 Exposure Notification feature the company introduced last year.
Last month Apple had released iOS 12.5 software update for older devices that brought COVID-19 exposure notifications to these devices.
Today’s update, which is a follow up to iOS 12.5 has been released to fix an issue that caused Exposure Notifications to incorrectly display logging profile language according to Apple.
