Apple has released iOS 13 Developer Beta 4 and it is now available for download. The update comes one day after macOS Catalina beta 4 was released to developers. The update has been released over-the-air and can be downloaded on devices that are already running iOS 13 through the Software Update section.
In addition to iOS 13 developer beta 4 on iPhone and iPod touch, Apple has also released iPadOS 13 developer beta 4, which is now available for all compatible iPads. Alongside iOS 13, watchOS 6 beta 4 and tvOS 13 beta 4 are also available on their supported devices.
As you might expect from the fourth developer beta, iOS 13 beta 4 brings minor changes to the operating system. Users are reporting that Apple has made home screen icons smaller on the iPads while adding a new ‘Rearrange Apps’ option to the Quick Action menus for both iPhone and iPad. Users can access the home screen shortcut menus by long pressing on any icon.

Beta 4 also adds a redesigned voice message button on the stock keyboard.
In iOS 13 developer beta 4 Apple has closed the vulnerability that allowed unauthorized access to user’s Website & App Passwords data by bypassing Face ID and Touch ID.
