Kuo: Apple To Release 4 New iPhones This Year, Only Pro Models To Get A16 Chip

Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has tweeted yet another leak from his Twitter account, this time revealing information about the upcoming iPhone 14 lineup.

According to Kuo Apple will be releasing 4 new iPhone 14 models this year, however unlike last few years this year’s lineup will not including an iPhone mini.

The iPhone 14 lineup is expected to look like this.

  • iPhone 14 with 6.1-inch display
  • iPhone 14 Max with 6.7-inch display
  • iPhone 14 Pro with 6.1-inch display
  • iPhone 14 Pro Max with 6.7-inch display

Further talking about the iPhone 14 lineup, Kuo says he expects Apple to limit the new A16 chip to the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max models. On iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max Apple could keep the A15 chip, which is also found on iPhone 13 devices.

Kuo also says that all four models of the iPhone 14 will feature 6GB of RAM however they will be different in terms of technology. The Pro devices are expected to get the LPDDR 5 RAM while the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max will have the LPDDR 4X RAM.
