Watch Apple’s Tribute To Steve Jobs Played At 10th Anniversary iPhone Event

To inaugurate the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park and kick off its Special Event Apple played a beautiful and moving tribute to its co-founder and former CEO Steve Jobs. The tribute included a message from Steve Jobs himself narrated in his own voice. In his message he explains how Apple can continue to be the unique company it has been since its inception.

Here’s the full text of what Steve Jobs said.

There’s lots of ways to be, as a person. And some people express their deep appreciation in different ways. But one of the ways that I think people express their appreciation to the rest of humanity, is by making something wonderful, and put it out there. And you never meet the people, you never shake their hands, you never hear their story or tell yours. But somehow in the act of making something with the great deal of care and love some things transmitted there. And its a way of expressing to the rest of our species our deep appreciating. So we need to be true to who we are, and remember what’s really important to us, that’s what’s going to keep Apple Apple is if we keep us, us.
