Everyone in the jailbreak community is anxiously waiting for the release of iOS 9.2 jailbreak. Until now we haven’t received any confirmations from jailbreak teams about whether they are working on the release or not, let alone having an ETA. However things may change very soon as according to TaiG team’s partner 3K Assistant, the jailbreak is being worked on and will be released soon. This information was revealed on a Chinese social networking site as reported by site Superphen’s tech blog.

In the post made by 3K Assistant, it was claimed that their team has been working on the jailbreak for 8 days and has made a breakthrough, which could result in the release of tool’s release. However they did note that the untethered jailbreak is not ready yet, but will be released in the ‘near future’. The post on the microblogging site has since been pulled, which could mean that it was posted mistakenly or it featured false information. That’s entirely up to you to decide.

If any jailbreak team is working on a jailbreak, then it might wait for the release of iOS 9.2.1 before releasing it as Apple has already seeded the first beta for the minor software update. [Source]
