watchOS 4.3 Developer Beta 1 Released For Testing

After missing yesterday’s developer beta releases, watchOS 4.3 beta 1 has finally been released to developers and can be downloaded on devices that have configuration profiles installed. If you have the profile installed on your Watch or iPhone, then head to the Software Update section of the Watch app to download it the update.

The build number for watchOS 4.3 beta 1 is 15T565e. Alongside watchOS 4.3 Apple has also released watchOS 4.3 SDK that will allow developers to develop apps for the new operating system version.

While watchOS 4.3 seems to be a minor update, it does bring some noticeable changes to the operating system. One of the things that users will notice is the new portrait orientation for the Nightstand mode. This is most likely in preparation to the AirPower charging mat’s release. In addition to that watchOS 4.3 brings new charging animation, brings back iPhone Music control to Music app on the Watch and more. (9to5Mac)
