Pixelmator Photo App

Pixelmator Photo app, which was previously only available on iPad has been released for the iPhone. If you already use Pixelmator Photo on iPad, then you can head over to the App Store and download the app on your iPhone without any extra cost. For new users the app costs $3.99.

Pixelmator Photo is a powerful photo editing app that allows users to make ‘desktop-class’ color adjustments on over 600 RAW image formats including Apple’s ProRAW.

With Pixelmator Photo app you can apply photographer designed presets to photos, remove unwanted objects from photos, enhance shots with the help of machine learning, increase resolution of photos with AI, perform everyday tasks like crop, rotate, straighten photos and more. You can also adjust exposure, contrast, brightness, highlights and shadows of images with lightness adjustment.

One time saving feature of Pixelmator Photo allows users to copy and paste edits between photos and even batch edit hundreds of photos at the same time. It also offers AI powered color matching features that can copy the look of any photo to another.

Pixelmator Photo takes advantage of Core ML to remove camera noise and image compression artefacts.

Any changes that are applied to photos with Pixelmator Photo are non-destructive, which means if you are unhappy with the changes or want the original file back then you can easily do so by undoing the changes.
