NoctisXI Tweaks Brings A Dark Mode To iOS 11

One feature that almost every user wants but Apple won’t give us is a dark mode on iOS. There were rumors that the company will release iOS 11 with a dark mode to compliment iPhone X’s OLED display, but that didn’t happen. While we wait for iOS 12 hoping that it will finally bring the much awaited feature, Cydia tweak NoctisXI brings a beautiful dark user-interface to jailbroken iOS 11.

The tweak that follows the original Noctis tweak has been redesigned for iOS 11 and features a more polished look. It is capable of adding a dark look to different parts of iOS 11 including the Notification Center, many stock and third-party apps, banners, UI buttons, folder icons and more.

According to its developers NoctisXI will work alongside Eclipse tweak (if you have it installed). So you can have them both installed for a better dark iOS experience.

NoctisXI adds a dark mode button in the Control Center that you can use to toggle it on and off. When you turn the dark mode off the tweak will quickly return the app and iOS UI in its original state.

You can download the NoctisXI tweak from Cydia by adding ‘https://packix.ioscreatix.com’ to your Cydia sources. It costs $1.50 for early bird buyers, so the price might increase in the future.
