StatusWeather adds temperature stamp to status bar

statusweather cydia

StatusWeather brings a quick way to keep you updated with the weather of your current location. This Cydia tweak simply adds the current temperature to the right of Time stamp in the top Status bar of your iOS device. You can choose between Celsius and Fahrenheit metrics from settings of the tweak.

Tap the Time or Temperature stamp in status bar to get an alert showing temperature, humidity and feel of the current weather, along-with a button to directly go to Weather app. You can also set the tweak to show the weather on Lockscreen. Tweak will fetch the weather updates after an appropriate interval so you need not to worry about the battery drainage.

You can get StatusWeather on your iPhone and iPod touch for free from Cydia under BigBoss repo. The tweak is not compatible with iPad as it uses built-in weather app to show you stats and there is no default weather app available on iPad. Moreover users are also reporting that the tweak is not compatible with 64-bit devices. So currently this tweak doesn’t support iPhone 5s, iPad Air and iPad mini 2nd gen.

We will update you when it will get a fix for the 64-bit devices. Stay tuned!
