Change Apple Account Password
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap on your name from the top.
- From the Apple Account page tap on Sign-In & Security.
- Next, tap on the Change Password option.
- When prompted enter your iPhone’s passcode.
Important Note: If you have Stolen Device Protection feature enabled, you may have to wait one hour before you can change your Apple ID password.
Enter your new Apple account password. You will have to re-enter the password in the second field to make sure you are entering the right password.
Your password must be at least eight characters long to meet Apple’s security requirements.
