iOS 16.0.2 Is Now Available With Important Bug Fixes, Download Now

Apple has released iOS 16.0.2 update for all iPhone models and it is now available for download. While this is minor iOS release from Apple, it does brings fixes for some important bugs that have been bothering iPhone users since iOS 16’s release.

iOS 16.0.2 has been released one week after the release of iOS 16.0.1 however unlike that update, which was limited to iPhone14 lineup this release is meant for all iPhone models.

The most important bug that has been fixed in iOS 16.0.2 is the Camera vibration issue faced by iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max users when using some third-party apps that use Camera. On these devices that camera will start to vibrate and cause blurry photos when shooting photos. This release fixes the bug that caused it.

The update also fixes an issue that caused the display to appear black during device setup process. The copy and paste bug that repeatedly asked users permission when pasting has also been fixed.

A bug that caused VoiceOver to become unavailable after rebooting has been fixed along with an iPhone X, iPhone XR and iPhone 11 issue that caused the device’s touch to become unresponsive after being serviced.

With the kind of bugs that have been fixed in iOS 16.0.2 it is recommended that all users download it.

You can download iOS 16.0.2 update on your devices over-the-air by going to Settings -> General -> Software Update. In addition to that the update can be manually installed on iPhones using the direct iOS 16.0.2 IPSW links shared below.

While it is recommended that you install iOS 16.0.2 on your device, you also have the option to downgrade iPhone from iOS 16 to iOS 15.7 in case you miss the good old iOS 15.
