iOS 12 Developer Beta 8 Released

Apple has just released beta 8 for iOS 12 and it is now available for download over-the-air on devices that are already running it. The beta update has been released for all iOS 12 supported models of iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.

iOS 12 developer beta 8 comes two days after Apple released beta 7 and then pulled it after a few hours. While we expect this beta to mainly focus on bug fixes and performance improvements on devices, we are installing the update on our test devices and will update this post if any major new changes are found on it.

iOS 12 is expected to get released next month, and will bring a number of new features to all iPhones and iPads. Notable features added in this release including performance boost, ability to FaceTime up to 32 friends, memoji, new camera effects, Screen Time feature, improved Do Not Disturb, grouped notifications, powerful Photos app features, New Shortcuts app and more.
