Apple has released iOS 16 beta 7 and iPadOS beta 7 updates to developers and it is now available for download on all devices that are on iOS 16 beta program.
The release comes as we draw closer to the final release of iOS 16 next month. Just a few days ago a Bloomberg report claimed that Apple has already completed the iOS 16 development and is preparing for its iOS 16’s final release, which could come a day or a week later from Apple’s rumored September 7 iPhone event.
The build number for iOS 16 beta 7 is 20A5356a. You can now head over to the software update section of your iPhone in order to download it.
We do not expect Apple to add any new features in beta 7 and it is most likely bringing bug fixes and improvements. We will update this post if any major changes are discovered.
In addition to iOS 16 beta 7, Apple has also released watchOS 9 beta 7 and tvOS 16 beta 7. Both of these operating systems can also be downloaded on devices running the beta.
