Apple has seeded iOS 15.5 Developer beta 2 and it is now available for download. If you are a registered Apple developer who is already beta testing iOS 15.5, then head over to the Software Update section of your device to install the new update.
If you are interested in installing iOS 15.5 developer beta for the first time, then you can install iOS 15 beta configuration profile on your device and then download the new beta on it.
iOS 15.5 is a minor release and does not bring any big changes to iOS 15. This is contrary to iOS 15.4, which brought a bunch of new features to iPhones and iPads. iOS 15.5 does brings support for apps that offer external purchases.
The release of iOS 15.5 beta 2 comes almost 2 weeks after Apple had released iOS 15.5 beta 1. In addition to developer beta, Apple is also testing iOS 15.5 beta with public beta testers.
Along with iOS 15.5 and iPadOS 15.5 developer beta 2, Apple has also seeded new developer betas for macOS Monterey 12.4, watchOS 8.6 and tvOS 15.5, and you can download them right now on their respective devices.
