Launched in iPhone September 2023, the iPhone 15 Pro Max is Apple’s flagship iPhone. It is the first-ever iPhone model that is made with Titanium, which makes it lighter and more durable than the previous generation. iPhone 15 Pro Max is powered by Apple’s A17 Pro chip and is the first iPhone to feature a USB-C port, bidding farewell to the Lightning port after more than a decade.

iPhone 15 Pro Max is also the first iPhone model to feature the Action Button, replacing the silent switch. The Action Button allows users to assign an action that is triggered when the Action button is pressed twice. Users can choose from options like Silent Mode, Focus, Camera, Accessibility, or Shortcut.

Thanks to the addition of a USB-C port, the iPhone 15 Pro Max allows users to connect all sorts of USB-C accessories to their devices. Now users can connect external hard drives, USB-C docks, 4K external displays, and more to their devices without needing an adapter. iPhone 15 Pro Max’s USB-C port supports USB 3, which means you get 10GB/s speeds. iOS now enables users to record videos directly to an external SSD drive, enabling users to record ProRes videos directly on an external drive.
